Orange Summer Giveaway Competition Terms & Conditions
By participating in any competition or giveaway advertised by Picky on its Instagram page, Facebook page and/or other social media channels (the “Competition”), you confirm that you accept and agree to these competition terms.
Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of New Zealand only. Entrants must be 16 years or older.
Entry Period
The competition begins on 12th of December 2024 and ends on 19th of December 2024.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must have saved the giveaway Instagram post, tagged a friend in the post and be following Monmouth Glass Studio and We are Picky on Instagram.
Prize
Prize includes a carton of Picky Apple & Orange Juice 800mL (12 bottles) a Monmouth Tangerine Carafea and a set of four Tall Cups.
Prizes are not refundable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Winner Notification
The winner will contacted on Instagram and will be sent their prize within five days of the competition closing. If the delivery address is provided on time it will be shipped on the 20th of December.
Data Sharing
By entering the competition, participants consent to their information used for the purpose of this competition and related Picky communications.
Disqualification
The organisers reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances arise that are beyond their control.
Governing Law
The competition is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Privacy
By entering the competition, participants consent to their provided data being used by Picky for the purpose of this competition, as well as for future marketing communications.
Participants have the right to access, update, and correct any of their personal information.
