Orange Tasting Kits - Terms & Conditions

By participating in any competition or giveaway advertised by Picky on its Instagram page, Facebook page and/or other social media channels (the “Competition”), you confirm that you accept and agree to these competition terms.

Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of New Zealand only. Entrants must be 16 years or older.

Entry Period

The competition begins on 14th of July 2025 and ends on 10th August, or until stock runs out. 

How to Enter

To enter, participants must register their full name and email address and receiver address on the Put Your Picky Taste Buds to the Test web page. One entry per person is allowed. If the details are entered incorrectly, such as wrong address or missing information on the address or receivers name, we will not refund, exchange or resend the free product.

Prize

The recipients will be selected in first come, first served basis from eligible entries. Prizes are not refundable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Winner Notification

The winners will sent their prize within five days of the competition closing.

Data Sharing

By entering the competition, participants consent to their information used for the purpose of this competition and related Picky communications.

Disqualification

The organisers reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances arise that are beyond their control.

Governing Law

The competition is governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Privacy

By entering the competition, participants consent to their provided data being used by Picky for the purpose of this competition, as well as for future marketing communications.

Participants have the right to access, update, and correct any of their personal information.
