I was born and raised in Hawke’s Bay and will never leave. It will always be home to me.
When you think of Hawke’s Bay, what local ingredients or foods come to mind?
Funnily enough, apples, because I live next to orchards. But all things fresh produce.
What does a typical day look like for you?
Plan my day and then struggle to stick to the plan (beep boop errrrrr@$%!)
What’s one thing you love about living or working in Hawke’s Bay?
Less distance to travel anywhere, good opportunity to take a bike.
