From juice & smoothie obsessives to perfectionist planners, this crew lives and breathes bold flavors, bright ideas, and the relentless pursuit of liquid greatness.
Stay tuned as we peel back the curtain (and maybe an orange or two) to share their stories, quirks, and what keeps them squeezing every drop of passion into Picky.
Obsessed? Us too.

The juice is fresh, but the team behind it? Even fresher.
Meet Megan, Chief Beanie Counter (or so Sally calls her), but officially she's the CFO, and resident spreadsheet sommelier.
She's the brains behind the brand and the one making sure our juicy dreams don't spill over budget. When she's not lining up cashflows straighter than a center-face drive, she's probably playing golf—one-putts like clockwork.
The pick of the bunch? Without question, so we asked her some Picky questions:
Can you introduce yourself and tell us a bit about your role?
I’m Megan, CFO – or as Sally calls me – the Chief bean counter.
Tell us a bit about your connection to the Hastings region. What makes this place special to you?
Hawkes Bay is home to me – I left, but the pull of family and great weather got me back.
When you think about Hastings, what local ingredients or foods immediately come to mind?
Apples, nectarines, asparagus – Yum!
What’s a typical day like for you here?
There is not a typical day! That’s why I love it… Always new challenges (or opportunities) to conquer.
What’s one thing you love about being in the Hastings region?
Sunshine
Quick-fire questions.
Which animal do you think would make the best financial analyst? An ant? Diligent, persistent and industrious?
Is your dishwasher loading rules-based or vibes-led? Def vibes led – but not according to my husband who is a rules based stacker!
What’s the most normal thing you can think of? Working!
